Vape Collective Kenya Return Policy

We have a 2-day return policy on faulty or malfunctioning devices only, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible Returns: Only devices with manufacturing defects will be inspected; returns due to physical damage are not accepted. Leakages are considered a manufacturing defect and are covered under our return policy.
